Jeffery Stricklandd

Jeffery Strickland was born into life on September 21, 1955 in Maywood, IL to parents, Jean and Jim. He was raised by his father, Jim and his stepmother Deanna.

Jeffery attended catholic school and services as a young boy through his teenage years. He graduated from Proviso East High School in Maywood, IL.

Jeffery was very friendly, he could make friends with anyone. Children and animals loved his soothing manner. This and his love for animals made him excel at his job, working at the Anti-Cruelty Society as an Animal Care Specialist.

Jeffery was a caring person and a great listener, who also gave good advice. He was a wonderful son, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Jeffery was born into eternity on April 24, 2026 at 6:00 a.m.

He is preceded in death by: His mother, Jean; his father, Jim; his eldest brother, James; and cousin, Maurice.

He leaves to cherish: His daughter, Crystal; his older brother, Jay; three grandchildren, Jaiyana, Terrence and La’Mere; and a host of family and friends.
