Mr. James Martin

James Jerome Martin, the most lovely person, was born December 25, 1946 to the loving parents of Mr. Jerry D. Martin and Arlethie Martin. He was their sixth child. Both parents, Jerry and Arlethie; his siblings, Geraldine Ford, Mike Asque, Jean Banks, William, Lucillie McCorkle, Alice M. Martin and Sandra C. Ware; and his son, Robert all preceded him in death.

James attended Farragut Career Academy High School, where he enjoyed Woodshop and Painting. James was a Plumber, Carpenter, and he loved to dance. He loved to fix things, to cook and to dress up.

James received Christ in his early years. He loved his family and friends.

James leaves to mourn his passing: His son, James (Towany)Lemon; six grandchildren; his brother, Jerry (Susan) Martin; sisters, Mary (Earl) Keye, Willie Mae Block, Sylvia Duncan, Cleo Scarver; and a host nieces, nephew, cousins, friends and his family at Warren Barr Facilities.
