Alice Norwood was born on August 14, 1944 to Laura and Ernest Perkins Sr. in Greenville, MS.
Alice attended church as a little girl, spending most of her time in prayer. She accepted Christ at a young age.
Alice worked as a machine operator at Vita Foods in Chicago, IL for over 30 years, where she retired.
Alice passed away peacefully on March 5, 2024.
She is preceded in death by: Her parents, Laura and Ernest Perkins Sr.; and brother, Ernest Perkins Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her six children, Debra, Paula, Charles Sr., Eddie, Stephen, and Ashley (adopted); one brother, Robert Sr.; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
